Your BullsEye fulfilled its purpose.
it drew my eye straight to an example
of where a realistic painting becomes a logo.

The peach basket,
almost bursting from its burden of ripened life,
teetered on the edge of a cheerful color of blue death
and was quite sobering.

basically,
I love your new batch of work Corky!
I want to see them up close and in real time!

FYI, the pepper looks really really hot.
the straighter the stem, the more hot the pepper. ;)

I wish I could articulate myself in a manner befitting the artist community.... but i can't... I can say that your work is Bad-Ass though... and i think that means the same to you. My favorite is the Crab Apples piece.

I love the graphic nature within the realism,
the way it becomes ownable through an almost severe composition.

Even as i look at Winter Harvest on the right panel, my eye enters in with the
upper left leaf and travels along till it wraps around on the apple tilted conveniently! at just the right angle to nest the upper leaf and bring me back into the painting.

It also seems to reflect, i think, your wry sense of humor.
Using realistic rendering to depict arrangements that would be hard to find in
reality is in itself a paradox?

thank you for the viewing experience - !

I have seen your work - the seasons / the marbles for the 1st time online and they seem to have me magnetically attached to the screen :) Truly beautiful work. I must be honest that not all contemporary art gets my attention this way - I am very old fashioned when it comes to art. This is absolutely beautiful.
